I had already been online and had a couple of beds in mind but wanted to see these before placing an order. The assistant I spoke to was very helpful in directing me to the beds I was there to look at and also in helping discuss mattresses but left us to have a look at our own leisure until we had made a decision. She then even went on the website to see what mattress I'd been looking at before giving us an idea of what two similar mattresses were. I was pleased to find both beds i was interested in as I thought I might need to travel to another store if they didn't have them both to look at.
