We were very impressed with the COVID-19 set up, hugely professional. We also were impressed with the mattress tool you had. The colleague, Katrina, appeared very knowledgeable and was not pushy. Overall, we were very satisfied with the services provided by your team. Obviously, nobody wants to pay top prices, but we are also very aware, you get what you pay. Very happy customers.

The sales assistant Dionne was fantastic. She helped us use the Skeep Match system and then took us around the store, guiding us through the suitable mattresses. There was no rush or pressure to buy, which was great.
