Service was great and staff were very helpful

Right away I visited the store at dreams Uddingston and was greeted by staff, explained I wished to browse around and was left along to do so without any further pressure from staff which was an excellent move as it allowed me the time I needed to look at products before speaking to staff at will. The salesman Alex was extremely friendly and listened to my needs, I tend to sleep on my sides a lot which led me to the softer mattresses such as the Tempur selection. Outright he guided me to the dreams mattress selection experience where the machine gauged what I may prefer depending on my age and weight. Alex allowed me to test each variation of the temper mattress, firm and soft and also let me compare my experience with gel and spring options as well to see how an immediate comparison felt. Overall my shoulders and upper back was far more comfortable on the Tempur and I was sold on the quality, especially the coolness of the Tempur which Alex pointed out. I would highly recommend Dreams Uddingston, Mostly for the excellence of the Sales staff, which made the payment easy, quick and explained every inch of the process. Also putting in pillows and coverage. Excellent Service!

The staff we very easy going and approachable. The Information the gave me on del dates was perfect before they even had to check online systems. This made the whole experience quicker which was better. They were able to answer the quotations I had when comparing products. The staff all has smiles on their faces which again makes it feel much more approachable to reach out.

Lesley who served me was very quick, efficient and knowledgeable. She made the whole experience very enjoyable.

Lesley met me at the entrance and guided me through the different choices of mattress and what would suit best for my needs. Having Rheumatoid Arthritis and chronic back pain she could narrow down my search to just a few suitable mattresses. I felt her knowledge and input helped me choose the perfect mattress and hopefully now I’ll get some relief and a great nights sleep.

Knowledge of sales assistant without being pushy

Wife and I visited the Uddingston store looking for a new mattress. I have major damage in my spine and had recently bought a new mattress elsewhere, but over time found that it just did not suit me. We were met by 2 staff members who were pleasant and inquisitive as to why we were buying. The assistant called Lesley could not have been any more helpful and asked me to use their mattress finder setup, then showed a range of mattresses that could suit me best. After spending roughly 2 hours with us we finally chose a mattress. The purchasing process could not have been easier with delivery date of less than 1 week offered. The whole process was fantastic from start to finish and made so easy because of Lesley’s assistance. If the mattress is half as good I will be delighted.

Our salesperson Katrina was friendly and listened to our requirements. She then gave us the space we asked for while we looked at the products but was always nearby to answer any questions that we had.She then completed the sales quickly and efficiently.

Kathleen who was the person we dealt with was very knowledgeable about the products that we were looking at. She took time to take us through all the mattresses and clearly explained the difference between them. She was not pushy and gave us time to talk about what we wanted. She offered us a drink and gave us outstanding service.
