Dionne was so helpful and friendly on our first just having a look visit, we made a point of going back to see her and get our items from her. She was so helpful and took time answering all our questions. Nothing was to much bother even when we asked her to check our measurements with a tape ...just to be sure. We have to purchase another bed before summer and we will definitely go back to dreams, just because of Dionne 's exceptional service .

The employee who helped me (Jon McKnight) was very helpful from the second I walked in the door and wasn’t to full on and gave me time to look around. He was very helpful and had great knowledge of the products and helped me find the exact product I needed. Customer service was great, very impressed,
