Alex was great he took the time to understand what my husband and I needed and took us round the shop to see different mattresses that match us, he wasnt pushy and respected our budget, I loved how he got to know us, using our first names and asking us about our home move, my husband loved the tea and biscuits since he was off coffee for lent Haha! Thanks Alex we had a great experience

The staff were not pushy simply there to give you a helping hand when you needed it, excellent quality products in my opinion far better than other stores nearby with similar products. Very helpful staff members and very knowledgable finding out what would suit me best and I definitely agreed with them as I am very happy with my purchases.
