The staff were not pushy simply there to give you a helping hand when you needed it, excellent quality products in my opinion far better than other stores nearby with similar products. Very helpful staff members and very knowledgable finding out what would suit me best and I definitely agreed with them as I am very happy with my purchases.

We were highly delighted on our visit to dreams to buy a new mattress, Kathleen who attended to us was very helpful from beginning to end, she explained everything from the scan machine which helps with what type of mattress we would need, she showed us several varieties of mattresses and let us try them out for our own satisfaction. she very kindly offered tea or coffee over the time we were there. She explained about the quality of different mattresses and what might be suitable for us and even advised about pillows and mattress protectors etc. We cannot praise the service we were given and we did purchase a new Tempur mattress which, I am sure will really help my husband's arthritis and give us many years of restful and pain free sleep. Thank you to Kathleen for all her help on the day and we look forward to our new mattress. We will certainly return to Dreams in the future for any new things we need for our bedroom. Alex very helpful and knowledgable about mattresses. I have a chronic back problem so I had to have the correct mattress to suit me.
