Excellent customer service and the sales advisor understood our needs and helped guide us to what we were looking for. No hard sale and lovely and friendly. Would recommend to family and friends based on customer service and overall experience of the store

Staff (Alex) was very helpful in showing us the different features of the product. He also allowed us to have our own time trying it and contemplating over colours etc.

Kathleen, the assistant, could not have been more helpful, even the other staff in the store, asked if we wanted tea/coffee, again Kathleen showed all items in the range that we were looking for and demonstrated these fully. We went back twice and had the same service on both days. Was given confidence that if anything went wrong, I knew who to contact. Felt as though I had made a new best friend! A very enjoyable experience

Kathleen went above and beyond for us, couldn't fault her. Would highly recommend to friends and family. Also the hot chocolate in store was to die for!

We found what we wanted easily within the large and spacious showroom. We were left to look in peace but were aware that the sales assistants were readily available to help when we needed assistance and had made up our minds. Having measuring tapes in store was a great help as we did have to measure and then go home to make sure we had enough room and came back the next day to make the purchase, with sales assistant Kathleen remembering us and welcoming us back.

Alex was very knowledgable and helpful through the whole process. We were with our young son and the other staff took amazing care of him and kept him entertained while we completed our sale.

We managed to find exactly what we were looking for and ended up with a fantastic mattress!

Store staff were very attentive but not pushy. Made sure we knew help was available then didnt approach again until we needed advice. Two advisors helped during our visit and were equally helpful. We were planning on looking around other stores before making our choice but were happy with Dreams experience we didnt go elsewhere to look. Left store very positive about service we received.

Jon McKnight was very helpful and friendly from when we entered the store till we left he recommended using the sleepmatch which really help me out to find a mattress thats suited my needs
