Alex Was extremly helphul and patient, explained us everything and answerd every questions. Body scan was really good as we did not what we looking for. We also got a small discount on pillows at the end .

Everyone made us feel welcome especially Jon he served us tea coffee and explained everything in detail it was the best shop I'd ever went into the layout of beds all so professional and fab quality not many places have tea coffee facilities and toilets to hand there was no rush or push you to buy very respectful of our needs treated like royalty thanks again would highly recommend family and friends buy from dreams especially the way we were treated even on the way out the door everyone said goodbye oh and we will call again in the future cant wait to try out our new bed well spoiled thanks again to everyone

We were greeted as soon as we walking in the door, the sales rep was great showed us all our options and was patient while we made our decision.

The greeting was friendly and helpful but not overly pushy. I got the information I needed and had a good discussion with the staff member around my requirements. However I wasn’t pushed into making a decision but I did return later that day to order a bed after looking at other shops.

The staff were fantastic. We bought our bed on the Saturday and were so pleased with the customer care from Ashley, we went back the next day to buy our son’s bed. We dealt with Jon and he was fantastic too. An absolute credit to your organisation.

Kathleen the sales advisor was very friendly, made me a lovely coffee and really knew her stuff 👍🏻
