Kathleen greeted us at the door and guided us through the process of deciding which new bed best fitted our needs. Most impressed by the Sleepmatch technology but also by Kathleen's helpful advice and the benefits of her Beducation!

Katrina was extremely helpful and kind. My gran took a funny turn and Katrina offered her a cup of tea straight away without thinking about it. She gave us all the information and a perfect amount of time alone to make our decision. Katrina’s customer service was amazing and we couldn’t thank her enough for all she did. Thank you

I was greeted with courtesy and the shop assistant had a good knowledge of the products on display. Took time to find a mattress which was appropriate to my needs. He explained the price the items had been prior to the sale. I was offered refreshments, and felt under no obligation to buy. I would recommend Dreams to anyone and would return if I needed any further bedding.

I was very happy with the friendliness of the staff. More than one member of staff offered valuable advice during my time in the store yet I was also given space when entering to have a look around and look at products before making any choices. The staff were very knowledgeable and were not intimidating in any way which put me at ease when making (for me) quite a big purchase. Ashley took me through my order and arranged delivery and was very good at explaining all the terms and conditions that were applicable in the finance plan.
