Listened to. Never rushed. Confident in sales assistant’s expertise. Whilst helped a lot, never led. Reminded often we had to choose what felt best and met our needs. Felt comfortable to discuss all concerns

The staff member was very friendly and informative. She took her time to let us try the "sleep match" matchine and then allowed us to try various mattress' based on the machines findings. This enabled us to pick the mattress right for us.

The staff member margaret was friendly, patient and informative when we were looking for our new bed.

Alex was incredible from the start. He greeted me straight away and asked what I was looking for and talked me through the options. He was professional, friendly, helpful and lovely
