Great knowledge of product and no push for sale, very personable and explained the whole sale and process from there.

The experience we received at Dreams was night and day compared to our last bed purchase at Bensons for beds, we weren’t jumped on as soon as we came in the door but acknowledged by Margaret, within a few minutes of as wondering around store she offered assistance, my daughter lay down on the special bed (can’t remember what it’s call) and then Margaret showed as the recommend beds, no sales pressure to select a more expensive option, ordering new bed and arranging delivery was completed simply and within minutes, my family and I also received a lovely coffee and hot chocolate which we were aloud to sit and enjoy chatting to Margaret after order was completed, thank you dreams

Julie (store manager) was very friendly. The store was very busy and whilst we were waiting on the sales assistant to finish with another customer, Julie spoke away and offered teas/coffees. Very customer focused and she is a credit to the business.

The agent who helped us knew alot about the products and was personal when helping us place the order. She gave us insight to all the differnt options available to us

This was my first purchase at Dreams & I was very impressed with the products on offer & the overall customer service. Margaret at the Birkenshaw store was extremely helpful & simplified the technical aspects of the product range. I am delighted with the bed frame & mattress that I selected and look forward to their arrival.

Salesman ? Colin? Really helpful, friendly and not pushy !! I usually leave a shop if I’m overwhelmed with sales people constantly approaching me ! He gave us time to look around and I approached him when I wanted help . Offered and took coffees and hot chocolate and they were a nice wee touch . We bought two beds on this visit! and we bought one with dreams in Livingston last year and the service and delivery set up was so good , we came back . Wouldn’t see past your company now . Thanks

Kathleen, who assisted us with our purchase, was very friendly and listened to what we were looking for and gave us several options to choose from. We purchased a bed from Dreams in June 2019 and were so pleased with it when we had the need for a further bed we automatically returned to Dreams.

Kathleen's from the tannochside store had excellent patience with us. Great details was given on each mattress we tried & she even helped us to understand how to sleep better - using the pillow like a scarf.
