Attended to by Kathleen who was very professional and polite and provided every assistance in our choice of bed and mattress

Great advice from Jon, he didn't pester us but kept checking back to see if we were OK and whether there was anything else he could do. Felt comfortable trying different mattresses and Jon explained the differences between them. Particularly glad he picked up on my saying I wanted to keep cool and pointed us to appropriate mattresses.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable sales person (Margaret) spent plenty of time with us. We used Sleepmatch and found that helpful, tried all recommendations. No hard sell. Margaret was never pushy, and we were given plenty of time alone to try out the two beds that we had narrowed down to choose between. Delivery quicker than expected. A very positive experience.

Were treated as valuable customers from the minute we entered the store, explained how the sleep machine worked and how it calculated our requirements, we were then assisted by Kathleen who took us round the various mattresses along with the appropriate pillows that were recommended for us, we were asked several times if we would like something to drink and Kathleen fully explained all we needed to know and was able to answer any questions we had, we did not feel in any way pressurized to buy and felt we could trust the opinion of our assistant Kathleen's recommendations.

On entering the showroom Ashley approached us in a very kind manner.She took us through the whole process of buy a mattress.We felt totally at ease with the whole situation
