I was happy with my experience at dreams as the person that helped me find my mattress was Katrina she was very pleasant and helped and made sure we got the mattress we were looking for

Sales assistant was very knowledgable and answered all our questions

I went into the store to purchase a mattress and John could not have been more helpful

Margaret talked us through the sleepmatch process and then took us around our recommended mattresses. She took on board what we said about the mattresses and also made her own recommendations when we thought some of them weren't suitable to us. Never felt pushed into buying a mattress, but we found one we loved so we went with it!
