Staff member Margaret was fantastic at taking care of us. Above and beyond. We were really happy with the recommendations from Margaret and the sleep machine.

From start to finish Margaret's service was absolutely fantastic. She was very patient with us and was extremely helpful in helping us find the mattress topper we were looking for.

I was assisted by Alex whom I found very helpful. I actually left the shop to visit the rest of the shops to do a comparison. I came back to Dreams and again Alex helped me and was very informative but not too pushy . The offer of tea/coffee is a nice gesture too. I also liked the fact that if I feel after 30 days that the beds aren’t suitable then I can return and exchange. I’ve since received an email from the delivery advising me of the date etc. All very efficient. My daughter is looking to buy a new bed and I’ve told her to go to Dreams. All in all a good experience, the staff are very efficient, knowledgeable of their products and have a friendly manner.

Katrina was very helpful she was serving when we arrived but made sure if we needed anything just to let her know.

We picked a quite time ,so we had her attainshin .To ourselves Katrina showed good understanding of our needs .and have us a coffee .and time to talk things over

All the mattresses were on display and very accessible to try. The store assistant was very helpful and friendly explaining about the mattresses and she also got me a nice comfortable pillow try lie on and try the mattresses out . Overall my experience at Dreams was excellent and I will definitely recommend to friends and family.
