Friendly staff and easy to find what I was looking for

We went away to think about our decision and when we returned Jon remembered us and our names.

The sales representative Alex was extremely helpful and the expert advice he gave us helped us pick our dream bed, would highly recommend dreams in Uddingston and especially Alex he was amazing.

Staff very friendly and knowledgeable

Margaret, our sales assistant was very understanding of our circumstances. She was so lovely to deal with and was extremely helpful. She made us very comfortable (literally) in asking any questions or concerns we may have. She offered us tea & coffee as well whilst we were exploring the store. Very accommodating.

Very helpful and efficient staff who had a good knowledge of the products and guides is smoothly through the process. Overall the staff were above average compared to other bed stores we visited.

The sales assistant was friendly, helpful and went out of his way to find us the mattress we were looking for.
