We were delighted with the level of service , our sales person Katrina walked us through the whole process assisting us to find the correct mattress to suit both myself and husband (split mattress ) she was very knowledgeable but gave us time to discuss our thoughts without being pressured into buying . From the moment we walked in the door we were treated as special customers and were treated with great respect. Kathleen the sales advisor was so informative and helpful. My son was put on sleepmatch machine to identify the most appropriate mattress and we were given choices to identify best one. Kathleen is an asset to your team. I now have a better knowledge of pillows and beds...thanks to Kathleen

Served by Kathleen very friendly & knowledgeable took us by the hand and sorted us with the correct bed for our needs tbh we weren't going to buy that day but the way she explained things we made up our minds to buy
