I was pleased with my experience that I had selecting a difficult item too purchase.With the help and expertise that the member of staff supported me with made it a very pleasure experience.

Excellent friendly and knowledgable staff

Staff were friendly, but not too in your face.

Kathleen the sales assistant could not have been better. So helpful, understood my requirements more than I did! perfect balance of being super helpful but not pushy. Managed to sort my full bed out in less than 20 minutes and in that time I tried the sleep machine, multiple mattresses and priced up everything super quick. Very friendly and a lovely manner about her. Could not have been more impressed and would recommend anyone to go specifically to the uddingston store and ask for Kathleen!

The staff member was really friendly and chatty.She was very knowledgeable about the products we was asking about even showing us how to work the storage beds and the beds with the tv’s.Just overall happy with the experience.

Lesley was very welcoming from the minute she opened the door. Accommodating me with all the things I was carrying. She initially asked me what I was looking for and if I had seen any products. I advised the ones I was interested in and she suggested I took the bed assessment. She was very knowledgeable , friendly and personable. Following my results she guided me though all my options with lots of details to help me make detailed decision. All Covid procedures were in place and followed. Lesley and colleague were very friendly as finalIsed sale and even offered to refill me coffee cup for my return trip home. The only annoying thing was I would have loved to have. Been able to obtain the mattress sooner than a week. If I could have collected it from store sooner this would have been much better! Lesley went though all benefits of add on products without being forceful or pushy.

The lady I dealt with was very helpful, and helped me get the best deal for my budget. It was also helpful to use the assessment tool/computer to assess my sleeping needs with regards mattress etc. All the other staff very helpful also. 👍

Alex spent an hour with me and he exemplified the highest quality of customer service that I have ever experienced!
