The team were friendly and helpful. I also had my three-year-old son with me who can be quite a handful, but the staff were very accommodating, kept him entertained and even watched out for him while I was choosing a product. The staff provided an insight into the product with useful information, and I didn't feel under pressure to purchase anything.

The sales reps Ashley and Katrina worked together well as a team they were so attentive making sure we knew the product we were purchasing was exactly to our requirements. They made us so welcome in the store defo would go back again.

The sales assistant Katrina was very knowledgable in the products I was looking for. She encouraged me to try each of the mattresses that she felt were best suited to my needs. She allowed me time to go and think about product without feeling pressurised to buy. A friendly team of staff within the store

Jon really listened to what we were looking for and gave us a range of great options suited to our needs staff were also really friendly and helpful to our little girl who accompanied us to the store giving her a balloon and helping us keep her entertained during the process overall great service

Jon greeted us not long after we entered the store and listened to what we were looking for. He showed us a few options and we used the sleep match machine to find out which type of mattress would suit us best. We tested a couple of mattresses and Jon gave us some pillows to test. He then let us have a look around by ourselves. We decided what to go for and Jon explained payment and delivery options. The only criticism I would have is that the prices could have been clearer and items are quickly added on (although optional) to increase the sale. Jon was very friendly and informative.

I visited Dreams twice before placing my order. On my first visit Alex carried out the sleep evaluation and let me try 5 different mattress types. He was very helpful and advised me to consider the purchase carefully as it was a big investment. Due to his courteous and non pressured approach I went away to consider. I returned 2-3 weeks later and dealt with Katrina. I explained I was looking to buy a specific mattress and she again very patiently let me try the mattress, giving me lots of time to consider whether it was suited to my needs. She advised on a new pillow and let me try a few different types. She also explained the 40 day exchange policy - Alex had already explained this on my first visit. Both sales assistants were knowledgable, patient, kind and efficient. Katrina was very helpful in completing all the paperwork taking time to get it right.

Customer service was excellent no pressure to purchase

Jon at dreams in uddingston industrial estate was very knowledgeable about his job showing us all different types of frames and divans even had us lying in all the mattresses that were suitable for us. A coffee or tea were offered as soon as we entered the shop. Would definitely recommend his customer services to anyone looking to buy a bed from dreams. Excellent sales guy.

kathleen who served us had great knowledge of the product n explained about all the diffrent types if mattress we had to choose from . Also listened to what we were looking for and helped us choose or bed even down to choosing what type of pillows we should be using in order to get a great nights sleep
