Friendly polite staff knew what she was talking about and not pushy.

Very knowledgable and helpful assistant. Not pushy, he got the right balance of showing us around to letting us sample different mattresses

I got the products that i wanted also the salesman Jon was excellent. Prices i got from Dreams were very good.

Found items online and then visited store to look at items in person. Sales staff were very helpful and helped identify an alternative mattress when it was apparent that the one I had sourced online would not have been suitable. Knowledge of staff was really useful in choosing an alternative product.

The employee Alex was extremely friendly and had good knowledge of everything I needed to know. He took the time to explain everything in a friendly and happy manner

had visited 2 other stores before Dreams . got no where. we arrived intore at 5.40 o we knew they closed at 6 butthere was absolutely no pressure to rush us out the door. chap who served us came up immediately and showed us various options of what we needed. v good.
