The assistance we received from Katrina was friendly and excellent and she had very sound knowledge of our needs and the products. We were given a personal assessment with the aid of a special bed which provides a profile reading assessing the most suitable mattresses. We were then shown the recommended style and type of mattresses and were able to try and choose instore. The service and information we received from Katrina was very much appreciated and we are grateful to have the trial period of use when our mattress is delivered. The service from dreams is excellent throughout and we appreciated Katrina's patience and knowledge. Delivery time is good and the recycling service for our old mattress will be much appreciated. We would certainly recommend DREAMs and the excellent service we received there.

Your sales advisor Kathleen could not have made myself and partner more at ease in the store from the moment we walked in. We had my parents with me whom my dad is blind and she took care of us all with amazing care and attention and helped us find what we were looking for and did not pressure us into anything but gave us all the information and facts we needed to make our perfect and best choice of mattress for us. Also offered tea or coffee to us all while we made our decision and looked round the store more. We came into store looking for a new bed and was approached right away with a dreams employee, she was very friendly and let us try out a few different mattress as well and us using the machine to see which mattress would be best, she left us to It and we decided to go ahead with our purchase.
