Dreams - Uddingston

Margaret was fantastic, from welcoming us in to begin with. There was the right balance of giving us attention and giving us space. She had great knowledge & helped us come to the correct decision hopefully.

This is the 2nd time we have bought out bed from Dreams Uddingston and been helped by Kathleen. She understands our needs and always gives the best advice and doesn't push us into anything.

I couldn’t have expected a better service than the one Alex had provided for us today.He was very informative and helpful when choosing the Mattress best suited for us. We left feeling confident that we had made the best decision. Alex also attended to the children keeping them occupied allowing us to relax and enjoy the process.

Had been to numerous shop beforehand and didn’t even come close to purchasing anything. Their advice and service filled me with confidence and made the whole experience easy. Best service we have received in years.

When I went in I was offered a coffee straight away. I was then asked if I would like to try the sleep match machine to be sure I was picking the correct mattress. Afterwards, I had told them I had saw a mattress on sale online and I would like to purchase it. Unfortunately that mattress wasn’t in store but they let me try the newer version and told me the differences. I went on to purchase the mattress online but was advised that If I wasn’t fully satisfied I could pay a small fee and exchange the mattress to one I liked better.
