Kathleen was absolutely fab.. answered any questions we had, took us to all the products that would meet our needs.. the customer satisfaction we got from her was absolutely great. Bed ordered, duvet and new pillows.. please pass on our thanks to her.. We will be back again to place another order or 2 soon..

Margaret, my salesperson was like a personal assistant to my needs. Very knowledgeable, calm and smiling. She asked me what I was looking for and made excellent suggestions. She let me take my time and come to the best decision for me. I was even offered a delicious coffee. Then she guided me through the order and chatted personably. A very pleasant shopping experience! I look forward to my new purchase!

Margaret, the lady who assisted us was extremely friendly. She acknowledged us when we came into the store and offered assistance when we were ready. She was extremely helpful in giving advice and guidance on the products and listened to our requirements and made suggestions to meet them.The other staff members were equally friendly and engaging. This made our visit both pleasant and positive and I would not hesitate in returning to this store in future

From the moment we went through the door we were greeted by Kathleen. She was polite and very helpful throughout. She took the time to explain all different types of mattresses which made our choice so much easier.

The staff were so polite and helpful and answered every question I asked in great detail. They’re knowledge of how the products are made and how the beds are tailored to fit every individual person is second to none.

When we visited dreams, we weren't planning to make a purchase that day. However on arrival in the store we spoke to Margaret, who showed us the Sleep Match machine and it turned out we needed a different firmness level than we thought! She helpfully showed us items that were in our budget and left us to try them out at our own pace which was much appreciated as we were caught between two. After we had made our decision, we spoke to Margaret again who was happy to put through our order for us and make the delivery date as easy as possible (in 3 weeks time) due to moving house. The whole experience was very straightforward and we came away confident in our decision and can't wait for our new mattress!!
