The lady who sold me the bed was really lovely and made me and my mum feel really welcomed. She went out her way for us from the start until we left the shop.

The lady Margaret saw us looking asked if she could help us . Margaret then explained everything about the product I wanted to buy. She also told us about the insurance side of it and spoke about mattress protector and pillow in which we took as well . Margaret was very friendly and her customer service was brilliant she made me feel as if I knew her for years . She just took the time and we got what we wanted . She was also very knowledgeable about the products she was selling

She couldn’t be more than helpful and attentive by answering any questions we had regarding the products or service. She used the sleepmatch mattress finder to identify what products were pertinent to my needs and price range.

Kathleen was nothing but helpful and very knowledgeable, I will definitely be returning to the store if I need another bed and will be highly recommending this store to any family and friends who may be bed shopping.
