Ashley who attended to us was very friendly, highly knowledgable of the products and explained all options available to us to suit our needs.

I visited one of Dreams stores in Glasgow and was helped by girl called Ashley she talked me over the best bed for the way I sleep spent a lot of time with me helping me make the right decision she also talked me over how to look after my mattress. I will be recommending this store to anyone I speak to that is looking for a new bed the prices are amazing just like the staff. Thank you I look forward to my mattress being delivered and forever having the best night sleep

Jon explained everything to us. He offered us a drink. He spoke to my children. He was happy to let us try lots of different mattresses.

Offered good advice, but not put under pressure to buy.

Friendly staff, nice store and good range of products on display. Did the mattress profiler which was useful to help narrow the choices down.

I had gone into the store for a browse a few weeks ago and was approached by a member of staff to ask if I needed assistance and he offered me a coffee. I spent some time browsing on my own then left. I returned with my husband and son and found the sales assistant to be really good. He spent time with us and listened to our requirements before making suggestions. Altogether a good experience. He was friendly and helpful and made suggestions without being pushy. We are happy with the decisions we made .

I don't like going into a shop and an employee approaching me right away, I prefer to look around. I saw the employee look at me, but not approach me right away. I think she saw me struggle and she came over. She introduced herself as katrina. Katrina asked was I interested in something specific. I told her I was looking for bed's and bedding for my new house . To cut a long story short, katrina walked me all around the shop and got me everything I needed. Very, very helpful. I will recommend Dreams , in Birkenshaw to anyone I know that is looking for beds and bedding. Thank you katrina

The staff weren't in my face , which I liked. They gave me time to look around. Saw I was interested in beds and came over to assist me. Very helpful and understood what I was looking for and we sorted a deal. Fantastic. The lady Katrina from dreams in birkenshaw was everything an assistant should be. Thanks Katrina
