We were met by staff member Alex who took us through the process first by using the mattress testing thingy and followed by testing the mattresses he suggested would be best based on the computer test. He really went above and beyond. Unfortunately the computer system was down so he couldn't process our order in store but we got a call back same afternoon once systems were up and running. Our mattress was delivered this morning at 8am - chaps were great. They put on shoe covers and took mattress to the bedroom as requested. Really great service . thanks

Staff knowledge was excellent without being pushy, allowed time for private decision making, exceuquality of products and availability/ delivery options very good.
