Dreams - Uddingston

The service of both staff members Kathleen & Katrina at the Dreams Uddingston Store was second to none! Absolute delight to be served by both of them and just genuinely lovely ladies!

Myself and my wife were assisted by Kathleen & Katrina while making our purchase. We purchased our goods from the Uddingston, Birkenshaw Industrial Estate store. The service provided by both staff members was excellent.

I was welcomed by the assistant, Kathleen with a very pleasant manner and did not push me to buy in any way( which pleased me a lot!) I was offered refreshment when I arrived and when I placed my order.

Katrina couldn't have been more helpful. She explained the products, how we would use the bed/machine to find out what type of mattress would be suitable for both of us and was very happy to find out any information for us if she could answer our query herself. She made sure we were happy with everything before we went ahead and ordered our new bed and went over the order to make sure we had everything we needed and that it was all ok.

The sales assistant Ashley was lovely...confident left us to look about after explaining all we needed to know...when we were ready Ashley most helpful explained in detail what we asked...most helpful polite funny...made our experience very pleasant and worth while...lovely lass

The staff were interested in finding the correct product for our needs. The staff gave us information and answered all our questions. The best thing was that we didn’t feel pressured into making a decision.

Service was efficient and advice on types of beds for our needs readily given. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Sales assistant, Ashley, was highly knowledgeable. She explained everything thoroughly but also gave us enough time on our own to discuss the products.

Staff very helpful, store very nice

We were approached fairly quickly by a member of staff and offered the information we required to make our choice if headboard. We were then left in peace to make our decision. The staff member then very quickly ordered our headboard and I loved his friendly and efficient manner.
