Alex was very friendly, approachable and helpful. Did not feel pressurised into buying. Even although the store did not carry the bed I was looking for he showed me alternatives and similar products.

Kathleen was friendly and fun, making the experience easy and unstressful. She was knowledgeable but not pushy and at no point did we feel pressurised. She is a fantastic consultant!

Super service form Margret. The dream machine made choosing a mattress really easy. My wife suffers from back pain and was already sore testing other beds from other stores. Using the dream machine ment we were only directed to beds which sooted her and she left with no additional pain after testing out the suggested beds.

I attended the Uddingston store and was welcomed by Kate who was very helpful and friendly. She spent time going over what I was looking for in a new mattress and gave me lots of options to try out before making my decision. Her product knowledge was fantastic and even showed me how I was using my pillows incorrectly and this has helped lots since adjusting them. I’m a great believer in buying into the sales person just as much as the product and this experience was that exactly. Alex was also very helpful in completing my transaction, arranging delivery date and ensuring my order was correct. A great team.

Greeted as I arrived with a friendly smile and a verbal welcome to the Dreams store. She introduced herself as Kathleen and we told her our first names also A relaxing and enjoyable period of time followed as we toured the store in search for the perfect bed Kathleen was a fantastic help and her knowledge of products was impressive to say the least

We had visited two other bed shops in the same shopping area before shopping at Dreams. They did not have the same selection or quality of beds as Dreams. The sales assistant in Dreams was more knowledgable and helped us choose an appropriate mattress and bed frame.
