The staff member couldn’t be any more helpful lovely experience from start to finish we were offered a hot drink she had was so approachable friendly and smart it was such a lovely morning haven’t had that sort of service ever would highly recommend ure shop to all my friends

Kathleen at the Uddingston store was great. Welcomed us to the store, was friendly but not overbearing like some sales people. She gave us space to chat through what we wanted to do and didn’t hound us or pressure us to make a decision. She was knowledgable and nothing was too much trouble.

I arrived at the store really unsure of the type of mattress I wanted, I left the store feeling like I really understood the product range and the type of mattress I needed, that was right for me. Margaret (store assistant) was extremely helpful, she provided us with a excellent overview of the range of mattresses. We tried the comfort test machine and taken round the store trying a range of suitable mattresses. Margaret was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We were allowed time to look around on our own and try the mattresses out again. This was really helpful. We had a cup of tea while we discussed our options. We had initially went in with a much smaller budget in mind and it took a lot of understanding and discussion around the different types of mattresses to understand that the mattress we needed was much more expensive. Margaret's help was invaluable in reaching this decision.
