Alex was extremely personable, efficient and knowledgeable throughout our time spent with him today. Alex took the time to get to know a bit about us, as well as giving us loads of information about the bed we were buying and important facts to note. He was great!

The process was quick and easy. We already knew which mattress we wanted so our assistant didn't try and sell us anything additional. We were in and out in 10/15 minutes which was perfect for us.
