we found alex to be a great help ,with no pressure from him and he pointed out all the good and negative points about all the product's we showed interest in as well as giving us some great advice.we ended up buying a complete bed when we only really intended to purchase a new mattress

The sales girl was very attentive with very good knowledge and very friendly

My chosen product was in stock to view; the member of staff (Margaret) was efficient and friendly.

Ashley the store assistant was very helpful , polite and friendly.Overall a very pleasant shopping experience.

The lady that helped us was very friendly and very helpful to our satisfaction will recommend to my family and friends when I receive my bed on July 30 I will give you a feedback then when we have try it out x

The sales assistant Jon was very good at explaining ever important detail regarding the bed functions on a variety of different beds we looked at in store .

Jon was really nice and helpful. Let us use the machine to test and listened to both of our needs/requests. Very happy with the visit. Was planning on just having a look but he made us feel certain of the products !!

This is a large store with a lot of products at various levels however i knew what i wanted to buy - Jon McKnight was there himself (no other staff available/working) so i had to wait whilst he processed the sale before me but when i got him he was great, had great product knowledge & helpful & friendly. He put the sale through efficiently. Also recommended memory foam pillows. Only thing i didn't love was the time for delivery - 5th July !! thats quite a long wait and not only that, Dreams charge you for an am/pm choice - thats ridiculous & cheap after what we just spent! Jon credited that amount out which is good of him but it shouldn't be there in the first place Dreams - thats poor! However it was an easy experience to purchase thanks to Jon
