Katherine that served us was extremely friendly from the minute we walked in the store and was on hand to provide us with an incredible customer experience from start to finish. So knowledgeable with regards to the products we looked at and we are so excited to receive the delivery of our new bed and Tempur mattress.

Ashley helped me and listened to my needs and advised me in a lovely manner and did not try to up sale me was in and out of store in 20 minutes Thanks Ashley 😀

Friendly efficient staff

staff member who dealt with us was very very helpful she was able to tell us lots of different ways in which choosing the right mattress that would help us sleep she took the time to let us discuss alone what we liked about mattresses we had been shown without being overpowering also other staff round about in store were also very welcoming and friendly we dont normally spend that much on a bed but cant wait for it to arrive well done dreams for having a wonderful team who know there stuff thank you very much kind regards connie
