I was highly satisfied with the customer service my daughter and I received when shopping in the uddingston branch. We were served by Ashley who was very nice and very helpful. Her knowledge about the product was exceptional.

I phoned the shop to enquire about an item and staff member very helpful & knowledgeable. I then visited to see items and discuss sizes etc again staff knowledgeable and polite.. never felt pressured into buying and following decided to visit to purchase items and conversation ideas etc all good. All staff during vist lovely natured & pleasant to customers and each other.

The sales advisor was very helpful when it came to choosing our mattress as I can have back problems at times so I am fussy when it came to choosing the right one. Sales advisor was very patient and helped pick out the perfect mattress for us.

The staff made me feel very welcome and were very understanding of what I needed. They helped with everything I asked and helped me choose a mattress and bed which was best for me. Nothing was a problem to them. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. I will definitely be using Dreams in the future.

When we arrived at the store we were given time to look around we were then made welcome bye your member of staff and given the opportunity to work out the best way to get the bed 🛏 which we wanted
