Dreams - Uddingston

Ashley was very knowledgeable. She was very patient and kind towards my young son. The store was clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. The item was available in the Dreams Easter Sale, which offered a big saving. Very pleased with my visit to Dreams.

The sales assistant Katrina has been very friendly, and exeeded the customer service you recieve in most shops. Was not too pushy when selling products which can be off putting and sales gimmicky. More enclined to buy more when its your own choice and not forced upon you. I have went in a few months ago outwith the length of time which yous can store products and explained what bed we wanted. She remembered us and the prducts we were after and advised well on the products suitable for us. Very good customer service.

Ashley was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products and pointed us in exactly the right place. It made our experience a very pleasant one. This is not our first visit to dreams but I honesty wouldn’t shop anywhere else if looking for a bed or mattress! 10/10

The store assistant (Kathleen) was first class. As l was after a mattress and bed l was first of all (after a coffee) given a body scan to find the best mattress for me then shown around a particular bed l was after. I was very impressed with the professionalism shown throughout my visit. Thank you Dreams for a great shopping experience.

Was a very thorough discussion with sales rep but done timely. Everything was done swiftly and too a high standard.

Jon was most helpful with his product knowledge. He was not pushy like most sales people. He gave me time to browse around and offered me a hot drink. I will certainly be back and recommend to my family and friends. First class service
