The staff were very pleasant to us, offering hot drinks, advice and guidance on the type of mattress required and also helped to pick out a new headboard and pillows. I was greatly impressed by the quality of the firm pillow I was given whilst I tried out various silent night mattresses. So much so, that I was happy to take advantage of the offer to buy two of them at the special price of two for £99. I had bought a double bed from you some time ago and so when the single bed mattress had to be replaced I was more than happy to come back to your company. The staff did not crowd us, but when it became clear that we needed assistance they there more than happy to step in. I'm very pleased to recommend Dreams to anyone.

Kathleen the sales assistant approached us and welcomed us Into the store. She explained all about the features on the beds and how it works within price ECT. Kathleen was such a cheerful assistant and really helpful and obligent. When we sat down she gave us a lovely latte and still spoke away to us as if she knew us which was lovely. I would highly recommend this store, such lovely and helpful staff.

Because of the helpfulness and knowledge of the assistant who went out of her way to ex plain the benefits of each mattress she certainly could not have been interested in what we were looking for.
