Sales advisor was very pleasant and well mannered. She was highly knowledgable and took her time explaining the various types of mattresses to me. I also used a machine which scanned by body making recommendations on which mattresses would best suit my sleep position. The sales advisor took her time making sure I was 100% happy with my final choice of mattress.

I visited your branch in birkinshaw industrial estate and from the minute I walked in store I was greeted by Alex Agnew and he asked the purpose of my visit and from there Alex was very polite and explained everything I needed to know i would highly recommend dreams to family and friends

The overall layout of the store was easy to follow with everthing being colour coded and well spaced out. The staff member we dealt with (kate) was positive and knowledgeable about the products. It was a friday morning and coffee was offered so it was a good visit for me.

Friendly, helpful staff on hand - Alex was great. Set-up the sleep machine and was then able to help with pointing out the recommended mattresses as well as the ottoman frames I was looking for. I was also made a cup of hot chocolate while I was trying out the different beds etc and given free pillows once I placed the order. Great that delivery can be organised for a Saturday at a minimal cost - as I am just starting a new job so taking time off to wait for a weekday delivery isn't an option for me at the moment. Really looking forward to the new bed arriving :-)
