Staff member Dionne, was very friendly and helpful. Did well to understand our needs and expectations. Disappointed that the bed assistance machine didn't work but that was not due to staff member.

The sales representative in store was excellent. Not too pushy, friendly and offered fair advice. She showed us round and then allowed us time to discuss our choice in private. She helped us demo the Sleep Right technology (think that's what it was called?) which was very impressive indeed! I cannot recall her name sadly but she was a credit to the company. I was very satisfied from the minute I walked in the door a lady called Kathleen came right over to meet me and was really good helping me choose a mattress I'm eighty years old and she had so much time for me and I was very pleased with her help and I would recommend to family to go and shop in that store and ask for Kathleen she was wonderful
