The girl who dealt with us was very professional and courteous she had good knowledge of the products on display

We had been let down badly by DFS and were looking for a sofa bed in a rush as we have visitors coming next month. Your sales assistant Dionne could not have been more helpful. She showed us how the bed could be adjusted and then when we were happy with the price she input all details at the computer, gave us a confirmed delivery date and had us on our way within 10 minutes. Brilliant service!

Katrina introduced herself initially then left us to browse for a few minutes, came back and talked us through the process and also put us on the machine that help you choose the correct mattress, her knowledge and time taken with us was fantastic and this played a part in why we purchased a bed from dreams.

Dione was amazing from the minute we arrived in store to buying our new bed. Dione spent alot of time with us talking us through diffrent types of mattress as we werent sure what we wanted. A member of staff kept our 6year old daughter entertained while we shopped and tried diffrent beds (cant remember the ladys name but she was amazing with my daughter). 5 stars to dreams team in uddingston.

We were assisted by a very knowledgeable and pleasant assistant and this made it a pleasant experience especially with no pressure sales, in past experience when shopping for beds in other shops both assistants mothers had purchased the beds we were looking at ( good sales pitch ) and I said to my mother do you think the assistant's mother will have bought what we are looking at, that never happened and we could not have asked for better service.
