Staff very friendly and highly professional with a sound knowledge of the product

Assistant asked relevant questions then suggested suitable products for us to try. Very professional process. Just the right amount of attention without getting to the annoying stage.

Very pleasant assistant had called in previously and she gave good advice and information re childrens' beds. Called back few days later and placed an order with her.

When we entered the store we were given time to look around. We then approached a member of staff, Julie, who gave us advice about bed frames and the mattresses available. She then passed us to a member of staff, Kathleen, who helped us pick the appropriate mattress. Both staff members were very helpful and friendly and did not rush us into making a decision. The order process was very easy and done quickly and accurately, with plenty of delivery dates available. Very happy with the overall experience in shop.

We went to the uddingston store and we where helped by Alex who was great! He had amazing knowledge of all the products and really took the time to help us find the perfect bed and mattress to suit our needs!

Store colleague Jon McKnight went above and beyond to make sure we were welcomed to the store, spent time reviewing the various sofa beds we were looking at, showing how the mechanisms worked and the various materials and colours available. He even managed to help keep our over exited 6 year old under control to allow us time to make our desicion. Would definitely return to the uddingston store just for the service recieved.

We we’re given a warm welcome however not an overbearing sales pitch, the assistant was happy to let us browse and let us know where he was when we needed him, at which point his product and service knowledge was fantastic.

Kathleen's was so helpful and took time to explain offers and products, very nice lady

The female Sales Assistant was excellent and spent time with us to make sure we picked the right product for us and explained everything. Was not pushy either which we liked too.
