Service of a high standard is hard to find and when you come across it then it has to be commended with praise passed on.

Kathleen in the store was very helpful and knowledgeable and gave good advice when required. Good buying experience

We were greatly assisted by Kathleen who insured we had pillows and plenty of time to try out a variety of mattresses at various price points and with different types of manufactur, eg memory foam, gel, pocket sprung. She had very good knowledge of the products, was friendly and cheerful, offered coffee, overall a very pleasant experience without feeling pushed into a purchase. Kathleen explained the 40 day comfort return policy fully and it was good to know that we had that option if needed. My husband and I were very very happy with the experience.

Warmly welcomed, fantastic service and spent a lot of time finding the correct bed for us. The gentleman who dealt with us had a lot of knowledge about the mattress we should be using as we had bought a mattress before from another company and wasn’t the right type. Great service and would recommend Dreams to family and friends.

From the moment we entered the store the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive.

The store assistant allowed us time to browse for a while before approaching as opposed to some stores where the assistants tend to rush too soon and that can make potential shoppers uneasy. The experience was very positive as the assistant explained the colour codes in the store for the type of mattresses/beds which saved us wasting time looking at items we did not want. She was also very freindy, down to earth, professional and knew the products. We were also offered tea and coffee although we declined.

Went in to buy two king size mattresses didn’t have a clue what I was looking for but the assistant Alex took his time with us, we didn’t feel rushed , he was very knowledgeable about the products and was just so pleasant
