Kathleen was extremely helpful when explaining the difference between each mattress type. She didn't try to oversell any of the products and allowed us ample time to make our selection. She was extremely friendly and made the experience a happy one.

Kathleen was very knowledgeable and listened to our needs as to what we were looking for. She made the whole process very easy. The whole store gave a warm and friendly atmosphere. This is the 2nd time we've purchased a bed in Dreams, and would definitely return in the future.

Very Satisfied firstly with the help from Katrina regarding the type of Mattress I required by showing multiple choices and letting me pick rather than her telling me only down side was too much choice LoL.

From the moment we entered the shop it had a friendly welcoming atmosphere. Kathleen introduced herself and listened to what we were looking for. She then continued to explain what could be best for us and giving us examples to try

Ashley ,the sales assistant was very helpful and could not do enough to ensure that we got the right products. She explained the complexities of beds and what was best suited to our needs. All in all ,Ashley was very knowledgeable and assisted us in making the right choice.

The assistant listened to our needs, guiding us through appropriate products and at the same time giving us enough time and space to consider the purchase.

Great choice lots of info on products to help us choose the right mattress also staff member Dionne helped with various questions we had.

When I entered the store I was greeted with a smile. I then showed the lady a bed which I had seen on the website and she very kindly took a headboard out of the store to show me the colour and fabric (unfortunately the display bed had been damaged by a young customer). I was them offered a cup of tea and explained each part of the order process in a clear and friendly manner.

A very straightforward purchase from a knowledgeable assistant.
