Kathleen very friendly and took time to understand what we wanted. Liked the fact that initially we were just greeted, rather than being bombarded straight away.

All staff were excellent. I was there with my 90 year old mum in a wheelchair and the staff made her feel valued and welcome. Alex our sales person was outstandingly friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient - Just the type of employee most companies would kill for. He saw us out to the car and made sure we were ok. The manager also chatted with us and there was lots of banter -in true Scottish style. Not only were we satisfied customers but we left feeling happy having had such a laugh and looking forward to getting mum's new bed home for her. All in all, one of the best shopping experiences we have had in a long long time. Keep it up Dreams Birkenshaw!!

We were assisted by Ashley who was extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and made the whole experience very pleasant.

We entered the store and was approached by Kathleen to ask if we needed help....and we said yes as we were looking for a mattress only. She was polite, friendly and very helpful and we tried several mattresses before choosing the one that suited us best

I was highly satisfied with my visit to Dreams,I was served by Alex who took his time to let me try out lots of beds and explain the differences and made a daunting experience a pleasant one.

Sales person excellent knowledgeable & efficient start to finish

The shop floor was planned out well, good selection of products. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Jon McKnight was knowledgeable about the products. Offered refreshments. Distracted our child with balloons so my husband and I could discuss the products available.

The staff member was very welcoming when we entered the store and helped us to make the purchase that suited our needs

Kathleen who served us was extremely helpful. She was able to give us the correct information to decide which products were most suitable for our son.
