I was highly satisfied as dreams could deliver the bed within the time frame i required and the fact you would never be beaten on price and that you have a 40 night comfort guarantee and if required would recycle my old bed.This all gave me reassurance.

Staff were pleasant, polite and knowledgeable regarding the bed/mattress we wished to purchase. All in all a very pleasant experience in store.

Friendly and professional atmosphere as we entered the store, got served straight away and shown the mattress,s we were looking for given full details on the product and price satisfied with all that everything else was done in a very courteous and professional manner the sales person was really nice and explained everything to us. Left the store knowing we had picked the right store to buy our new mattress,s.

Great customer service, staff were friendly and knowledgeable but not pushy

I was welcomed at the door. The member of staff immediately understood my requirements and offered advice and testing of a number of alternatives. Once the product was identified as my best choice The speed of processing the order was excellent and delivery was easily arranged. The general appearance and atmosphere in the store was excellent.

Staff very attentive, but a bit rushed to serve other clients, which I don't mind as an online shopper, I like to be left roaming on my own. I found exactly the product I wanted, and been proposed a cheaper alternative as well. Delivery will take about 20 days which seems excessive in this time of next day delivery. But fortunately we have another mattress, so we can wait. Overall I'd recommend.

The assistant understood what we were looking for and gave us time to think it over before placing a order. Not pressurised.

We were delighted with the service from the sales assistant Alex who took time to understand our needs and gave excellent advice on the appropriate product. Furthermore when we returned the next day he was highly supportive in helping us choose the most suitable mattress. It should also be mentioned we had our two grandsons with us that day (2 and 5) the staff were interactive with them which also helped us enormously.

We dealt with Ashley she was very helpful and knowledgeable as I was looking for an orthopaedic mattress which we bought,but ended up buying a TV bed as well,we were offered tea or coffee it was a very pleasant experience and I would certainly recommend her to family and friends
