I went in looking at beds and was giving information about the bed I was considering but had to take my husband back to try it too can’t thank dreams in uddingston enough for the service that they provided

Everything was priced and described so it was easier to find the type of mattress I was looking for, as well as the fact that I was able to try it out.

Jon the sales advisor was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products and spent a lot of time understanding what we were looking for. He then made sure that we tried a number of different products to ensure we were happy with our final choice. He made sure we were completely happy and understood everything before confirming the sale and allowed us all the space needed to talk things through before committing to the purchase.

Ashley was very friendly and efficient. She knew the products very well and was not overly pushy. She took time to ascertain what we wanted and helped us find a mattress that suited our needs along with the insurance and delivery/pickup details.

Sales assistant Ashley was lovely, knew her products well, and not pushy at all.

This was the second time I had visited and made a purchase from the same store. It was the same Sales Assistant, Katrina who served me on both occasions. I would highly recommend this store and assistant to friends and family.

We were given assistance upon arrival, we were given advice on beds we liked to help make our choice, the staff member was extremely pleasant and interacted with my 4 year old son gave him biscuits, was genuinely interested and caring. We were happy with the choices and got a bed to suit our needs!

Friendly staff with good product knowledge. I was served quickly and efficiently. The whole process from start to finish was smooth and painless. I was able to choose a delivery date to suit me and Dionne reassured me I could get in touch if I had to change the date or ask any further questions.
