The knowledge and efficiency of the staff are second to non. We were given all the time we required to decide on the mattress we wanted. I would have no hesitation in returning to the store and in telling my family and friends what a great experience we had. Thank you Alex for all your help, first class.

She didn’t pressure us into buying anything she had a lot of knowledge with your products and she answered any questions we asked her in a very professional manner she showed us a variety of tempur beds while on the beds she offered us tea and biscuits while we shopped. We purchased a lot of goods and when we left we were over the moon with the custom we received. Very satisfied

We were greeted by Julie the sales person on entering the store and introduced to Jon McKnight who showed each and everyone of the Tempur beds (that’s what we wanted) available while explaining clearly the diffferences between each and ensuring we tried each one to ensure the correct choice. When the decision was made we were provided with a choice of drinks (coffee was great) and biscuits (also great) and all aspects of the purchase was explained in a light hearted but professional manner. We were very impressed with the condition of the store and the service provided hence the Highly Satisfied feedback.
