All staff very happy to help and Ashley went through everything with us from start to finish. She seemed to have a good knowledge of what we were looking for and of the products.

Alex was very helpful, he was friendly but not intrusive. He answered all our questions and made us consider all our options. He even made us coffee and gave the kids a biscuit which made what could have been a chore actually a nice experience.
