The assistant Kathleen was very friendly and helpful with her offer of tea and coffee and other items was pleased with her service

The staff were very helpful with what I needed

I explained what I was looking for n the lady took me round the store showing me the various options u had.. even pointing out the sale items.. I spend 30 mins going back n forth between 4 mattresses and she was so helpful explaining the difference between each one. First class service n the best I’ve had in a store where listening n explaining was more important than sales drives.

Kathleen was very helpful; assessed our needs quickly and helped us find the perfect bed for us. Great timescale for delivery too.

Customer service was amazing! I don’t remember the guys name who served us, but he was just lovely. I was in with my wee boy and he was great with him also, asking him about Santa etc to keep him entertained while I was looking at mattresses. Would definitely recommend and use this store again.

Jon was really friendly as soon as we entered the store. He gave us lots of information but also time and space to have a chat ourselves.

WAS WELCOMED BY FLOOR ASSISTANT NAMED KATHLEEN WHO WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFULL ON PICKING THE CORRECT MATTRESS AS MY WIFE HAS RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS. EXPLAINED EVERYTHING PROFFESIONLY TO OUR SATISFACTION AND WAS DELIGHTED ON THE MANNER IN WHICH WE WERE RECEIVED.
