We were very happy with the service we received from Katrina..nothing was too much trouble for her..she helped us with the dimensions of the bed and explained the benefits of sprung slats to us..she gave us time to think about the bed we were thinking about buying with.no pressure which you don’t usually find in some other stores........all in all it was a very good and relaxed purchase.... I was well impressed with the girl (Ashley) who was super friendly from the start and was very knowledgeable about the beds explained everything very well.

The Sales Rep was very good and could not have spent any more time explaining the products and letting us try the different mattresses. She was very helpful indeed and helped us make the right decision for us.

This is my second visit to dreams and again I was not disappointed. There is certain warmth and a great welcome on the mat when you enter the Birkenshaw store. Your salesman Alex Agnew was most helpful As I have walking difficulties and mobility issues. He outlined at all times where beds were and made it as easy as possible to help me to them, he also had great product knowledge and I also bought a mattress topper and a cool pillow, which I’m sure will help me greatly. Alex also provided me with a coffee, which made my day, as when I go shopping these days, I always enjoy a cuppa.

Assistants were very helpful and informative during our two visits to the store. The gentleman who completed our transaction was very pleasant and good to deal with . No complaints or concerns.

Jon at Birkenshaw was extremely polite, friendly and professional dealing with our needs.

The assistant was very knowledgeable with all our question about the mattress we looked at. and picked one that suited us with her help on the comfort and trying the mattress out

The sales advisor gave us her full attention, explained fully, the attributes of the many different options available to us and allowed us to try out the different types of mattresses available.

Alex was very knowledge and took time with us to allow us to chose the bed. He wasn’t pushy and gave us time befor e approaching. This is very refreshing.
