I was welcomed and greeted by assistant Kathlean and helped through full process

Staff very knowlegable and friendly and did not force me into buying ......allowed me to make up my own mind and were able to answer any questions i had ..overall a very pleasant visit x

We were given time to look around the store before being asked for any help which is a much more enjoyable shopping experience instead of being pressured as soon as you enter the shop. When we did have questions staff were able to assist and inform us of delivery dates and how ottoman beds work etc. Very friendly and welcoming and happy to help.

I was highly satisfied at dreams as the assistant dionne was exceptionaly helpful and kind and very happy with the help I got from her on deciding what I wanted I hv already bought fm ur company before and very happy with the goods.

Alex was so helpful and I will return to dreams for more items.

Ashley was friendly and proffesional and had great knowledge.

We were greeted by Ashley who warm very warm , welcoming. She explained the system of colours for mattresses and types etc . Very professional and knowledgable.

The assistance from the moment we arrived, greeted by a lovely English lady ( I do not recall her name) she was engaging polite friendly & spoke to our daughters too as the double mattress was for one of them. Helped her choose a pillow & try out the 2 mattresses then introduced us to Ashley who was extremely helpful, polite, friendly.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted and given a lot of helpful information into buying my bed and when I confirmed I was buying something I got given coffee and told about deals on pillows which were great

Staff were really informative without being to pushy. Will definitely come back to this store.
