on arriving at dreams we were greeted by a lovely lady called kathleen. we told her that we would like some information on mattresses, she explained to us in detail all the makes and types on display and allowed us to try them out for suitability and comfort, at the same time we tried out various pillows Kathleen,s knowledge of bedding saved us a lot of time and trudging to other outlets and made our experience very enjoyable we settled on buying a mattress, 2 pillows and a duvet quilt and topped of the day with a lovely cup of coffee with cake fantastic experience

The assistant was extremely knowledgeable and made choosing the correct bed a pleasure

Very friendly knowledgable sales executive who answered all questions we asked fully and to our satisfaction. The products we viewed covered an extensive range and quality, we therefore feel we have chosen a quality product at a reasonable price. However time will tell if we have indeed chosen correctly.

Assisted by Jon McKnight. His approach and the way he engaged with us was absolutely authentic, and he knew exactly when to offer information and perspective between products and when to walk away and leave us with some space to discuss and try the different options ourselves. It was his individual approach that led to us placing our order, and also being guided through 'upsell' opportunities in the right way and without any pressure.
