Kathleen was super! She was friendly and attentive and listened to what we were looking for. She was knowledgeable and even offered us a tea or coffee!

Dionne the sales assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about our needs and the mattresses and pillows that may suit. Complimentary drinks were offered when we were at the ordering stage, which was a nice touch. From start to finish the customer care and experience was great.

Katrina is the best sales assistant ever! She listened attentively to our needs, gave us space to test beds and discuss, while having an amazing product knowledge. We were made to feel welcomed and valued as people, not just as customers, at every stage of the process. There was also a lovely family feeling as staff seemed to trust and like each other. Dreams Birkenshaw is the best of bed shops, and Katrina a shining star.
